Celadon Commercial is the business insurance practice of Celadon Insurance Group. We work with South Florida owners the way a good advisor should — independent of any one carrier, accountable to one relationship, and present when it counts.

Why we built it this way

We built Celadon around one promise: an advisor who knows how your business makes money, places coverage that fits it, and is still paying attention on the day you have a loss. We are independent, so we put the market to work for you and tell you honestly which path fits. We keep your commercial and personal coverage under one roof, with one advisor who sees the whole picture. And we stay on your claims, because a policy is only worth what it does on your worst day.

That is not how most commercial insurance is sold. The usual model is a price, a policy, a renewal notice, and a broker you only hear from when the bill is due. It works fine until you have a loss — and then you find out whether anyone was actually paying attention.

The aim is not to be the biggest broker you can call. It is to be the one who picks up the phone.

Founder & Principal

Andrew founded Celadon after serving as Director of Commercial Asset Protection and Enterprise Risk at a long-established Boca Raton agency, where he built and managed risk programs for commercial clients and high-net-worth families across South Florida. His background runs through asset management and enterprise risk, which is why the work starts with structure rather than a quote — understanding how a business makes money and where it is exposed before recommending a single policy. He started Celadon to practice that way without constraint: independent of any one carrier, working a small book of clients closely, treating each one's business and family as a single relationship rather than a set of accounts.
