The claims that come after the owners personally.
Property insurance protects what your business owns. Management liability protects the people who run it — their decisions, their judgment, and the personal assets a lawsuit can reach. These are the exposures owners think about least and need most.
These lines are written in dense, claims-made language, and the difference between two policies that look identical is buried in the definitions and exclusions. We read them. We tell you in plain terms what is covered, what is not, and where your real exposure sits given how your company is owned and run — then we place the program that matches it.
What we cover
Directors and officers (D&O)
Claims that a leadership decision caused a financial loss — from investors, lenders, competitors, or regulators. Private companies are sued more than owners expect, and D&O is what stands between a claim and your personal balance sheet.
Employment practices liability (EPLI)
Claims from employees and applicants — wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation. The fastest-growing source of suits against a small business, and the one a general liability policy specifically does not cover.
Fiduciary liability coverage
If your business sponsors a retirement or benefits plan, the plan's sponsors and trustees carry a personal duty to the people in it. Fiduciary liability coverage protects them and the plan when that duty is challenged.
Professional liability (E&O)
For firms that sell advice, design, or service, this covers the claim that your work caused a client a loss. If your product is your judgment, this is your core protection.
Crime and fidelity
Theft, fraud, and social-engineering loss — including the employee on the inside and the wire that should never have gone out. The exposure most owners assume their other policies cover, and most do not.
